Rolling Green I - GAC's First Bike Ride a Big Success

Rolling ThunderSept 9, 2006 - While we didn't quite have as many riders as the Rolling Thunder event shown here, we sure did have a great time. We had 19 bikes and about 25-30 folks participate in the event. Many thanks to Rob and Robin Rollinson for their gracious hospitality and for providing a beautiful destination point for Rolling Green I. Plans for the next Bike Ride (Rolling Green II) are in the works now. Information about the next bike ride will be sent to you as it becomes available or contact Lori Borsich at lborsich@greenacrescontracting.com to make sure you get notified when final plans have been completed for Rolling Green II. Click on the links below to view some photos from Rolling Green I.
The Great Pumpkin Strikes Again
An ambassador of Goodwill has shown up in the offices several times lately. The GREAT pumpkin that mysteriously showed up on our desk was an indication of this person at work. When we came into our individual offices there was a light-up jack-o-lantern on our desk. Today, when we followed a trail of colorful leaves to our desk, we found an arrangement of leaves, fruit and a small pumpkin. Bringing fruit into our kitchen at various times for our enjoyment has become a very thoughtful "habit" of this person. What better way to brighten your day and to let you know you are being thought of and appreciated.
Thanks John!

Can You Guess Who This Is?

This Green Acres employee and his wife love boating and have grandchildren whom they love to spoil. He has been the highlight of many GAC Christmas parties and can be counted on for gingersnap cookies on his desk. Can you guess who this is? The answer will be printed in the next GAC Post !

Happy Birthday to all of these October GAC folks!

Volunteer for The GAC POST

Effective communication is very important to the success of any business. Communications between employees, vendors and customers all need to be continually enhanced and developed. This newsletter could be a tool that could be used to develop, expand and reinforce communication links. To help make this an effective means of communication we need some volunteers that can take on some responsibility of supplying good and relevant content. Please consider helping out and volunteer by sending an email to gacpost@greenacrescontracting.com
